Learning from Hands-on Practical Education
Give the pupils something to do, not something to learn; and the doing is of such a nature as to demand thinking; learning naturally results. ― John Dewey
“Tell me and I forget
Teach me and I may remember,
Involve me and I learn.” - Benjamin Franklin
Our curriculum has been carefully designed to build Leadership skills through hands-on projects that allow students to learn by actively engaging in Activities. There are plenty of benefits to Learning by Experience; this method of Education helps to absorb complex ideas much more easily, retain the knowledge assimilated and use it to face real life situations heads on.
We designed the activities such that each activity achieves multiple goals: Each activity should get participants to
- Get involved & stay highly engaged
- Learn from content
- Build skills through the role they play
- Learn from other participants
- Have fun while at it
We also packed in as many Activities as we could to provide more practical learning opportunities. Some of our Program Activities are Interactive Learning Sessions, Real life Scenarios, Stories, Speeches, Group Discussions, Debates , Games, Team Activity, Improv and many other fun filled surprise elements packed in.
All students get equal opportunities for pushing through their boundaries and in playing different roles such as a Leader to represent their Team, as Team members & as Individual players!
